Handling a working condition/contract issue

In order to streamline and make our systems of communication more efficient, I’d like to make sure that members know exactly who to go with when a potential issue arises. You should also know what the process looks like at every level and who is handling it. Contacting the right person ensures that we are able to investigate your issue thoroughly and advise you to the best of our ability. So, to that end here is a simple chart that walks you through the levels and shows you who will be assisting you at each.
