THE CONSTITUTION OF THE WESTBOROUGH EDUCATION ASSOCIATION (Ratified 2023)

Active members are those:
Who are engaged in work of a professional nature in the field of education in the Westborough Public Schools; and field of education in the Westborough Public Schools; and who hold membership in the Association. Other Active Members are those employees of the Westborough Public Schools who are eligible for membership in the MTA and NEA. Active members of the Association shall also be members of the Massachusetts Teachers Association and members of the National Education Association (Article I, Section 1).

The annual dues of active members of this Association shall be fixed at 25% of the annual MTA dues. Each active member must be enrolled in payroll deduction of dues or pay their dues in full by November 30th (Article VIII, Sections 1 and 3).
